Random Update

Next appointment is middle of November for Luke and beginning of December for all 3.
The triplets also turn 1 the first week of December.
A few days prior to their celebration, Luke will likely have his left eye removed...so, Leslie will be in Toronto, apart from Rich and Benson, for the enucleation and recovery.
But, she plans to party it up and celebrate these beautiful boys and the fact that they all have one good eye.

It's all about 'perspective'.  :)  (yes, pun intended)

The rest of this post is random pictures from the last few weeks.
Life is good.

Rich had some time off rotations, so they decided to get away from it all and stay at a hotel with a pool (woo woo) and do some hiking.  I would imagine most triplet families are hesitant to travel, and I think Leslie would agree that this whole 'cancer/travel thing' has made it possible for her to still get out and do things.  She knows how to travel because she's been forced to do it!

It's like the saying:
"You never know how strong you are, until being strong is the only choice you have."

Love their swimwear.  And x3 just makes it that much cuter!

Benson celebrated his 3rd birthday.  At the hotel with a 'cool' (how Benson says pool)

Well, Benson's really growing up.
He's learning to sleep in a big boy bed, which often results in this:

He's also trying to help out his brothers by combing their hair:

And, he's potty training!  Way to go Benny!

Not sure if this is Richard getting mauled, or massaged by the 4 boys.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Mason     -     Luke     -     Thomas     -     Benson

Leslie even crocheted the boys hats.
(She had to stay up until 2 am to finish, in true mother fashion...)
You may not catch the humor - Mason and Thomas only have one real eye,
thus their minions are one eyed.  ;)

  1. I just finished a one-eyed Minion hat and honestly wondered if a person with just one eye would be offended by it. Your picture made me smile!
