Last week I caught his smiling!!! I'm pretty sure it was just gas... but I like to think it was a smile. Anyways, this morning he was smiling even more at me, so I am hoping his gas smiles will turn into real smiles soon!

One Month
Benson turned 1 month old yesterday. On one hand, I can't believe how quickly it has gone by and how fast he is growing. On the other hand I hardly remember life before Benson. He is growing up so quickly and I am thankful to have a healthy baby. I got him weighed at 4 weeks and he is already 11 lbs 5 oz! Yikes that means that he's been averaging about 1 lb a week (the average baby gains about 1/2 a pound). Oh well, I love chunky babies!

Aw! I bet those are real smiles! Zach smiled early too. I loved it!!!! He is so cute. What a stud, already gaining weight!!! Good boy!!! And good mama! Way to go. Wish we could watch him grow. Thank goodness you update your blog!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteYou should do that picture thing where you take a picture with the same stuffed animal in the same spot every month. At the end you'll have a cute collage of growth!! I always wished I did that...maybe this time!
