Utah #2

We were lucky enough to go to Utah to visit my family a second time this summer. And this time, Richard got to come along! We had so much fun spending time with family and enjoying the beautiful weather!

Our first stop was to to to an extended Grow family reunion. My great, great, great grandpa Grow was the architect of the Tabernacle, so we were able to go on a really neat tour (we even got to see inside the roof and how they constructed the dome). And the best part was my dad got to be the official tour guide.

Next we went and visited the new City Creek Mall. Benson LOVED the fountains. He got soaked!

Apparently Benson had a rough nap. How in the world he got his arm out of the sleeve without unsnapping any buttons is a mystery to me!

Eating ice cream with grandpa

Benson LOVED the swing

Yikes! Bad hair day!

Benson was trying to look as cool as his cousins. I think we've got to work on his smile!

Benson loved riding the lawn mover with Grandpa.

All worn out.

He doesn't look like a spoiled first child at all, does he?

Look at the side profiles! Like father like son!

Not sure if he likes floating on his back.

Much better. Who knew eating your toes makes floating on your back better?

This might be an indicator that Benson has some boxing blood in him. Grandpa French would be proud.

Benson and his cousin Logan. The were very upset that we made them dress up as twins.

Happy Birthday to me! We couldn't resist eating some of the cake when Richard made it a day early...
