25 Weeks!

This week was much better! Cynthia stayed to help me until Wednesday morning, and my mom arrived to help Wednesday night. It has been such a blessing to have family so willing to help. I know that is the reason I am still hanging in there. Anyways, my ultrasound this week was much better than last week. My cervix measured a 3.3! So no hospital bed rest for me yet! I know everyone's prayers are making a big difference! Thank you! My dr also put me on progesterone last week, and they think it has helped my body loosen up and prevent so much pressure on the cervix. I also have been taking it SO easy. Cynthia and my mom take care of everything. I have basically been laying on the couch all day and only get up to use the bathroom. It isn't so bad because I can still play with Benny a little. I read to him, he comes and puts a million cars on the couch with me, and we sing songs. Poor rich has been very busy this week. He was on call Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. I just feel so bad for him because he gets maybe 1 hr of sleep on the nights he works. Then he comes home and all Benson wants him to do is run around and jump with him. So he hardly takes a nap, then has to go back to work the next day. He's running on basically no sleep. I know triplet pregnancies are hard on the mom (obviously), but Rich is sure taking his fair share of the stress, and he is doing a great job at it. I am so lucky to have such a supportive husband through all this.
Anyways, back to the ultrasound reports. Baby A and C are growing even faster than expected. B is a little smaller, but still growing well (estimated sizes are 1lb 4-8 oz I think). They are all close to the 10th percentile in size when compared to singleton pregnancies. That is expected for triplets to be in the 10th percentile. Oh, and they are stacked inside me like bunk beds. Baby A's head was on the right, B and C were on the left. When I get a chance, I will post a few pictures of the babies.
