Babies are still doing well. Mason pulled out his NG tube, so he got a few hour break from it. I left before the next feed so I did not see them put it back in thankfully. Mason also had his feeding amounts increased. Luke wil probably be put on a feed on demand schedule tomorrow (they don't wake up to feed him). He has been eating about every 3 hrs 15 min and is good at letting the nurses know he is hungry. Thomas has been eating well too. They didn't have to use the NG tube on him at all today... Until 6. I guess nursing the previous feed wore him out too much and he wouldn't wake up.
Anyways, I know you all would rather see pictures of the babies, but I keep forgetting to take them. Instead, here is a picture of me. After 2 months, I finally got to go to a store! Yes, it was all I dreamed it would be! I have really missed being a normal person. Maybe someday I will be able to walk around a store, until then, I will take my wheelchair! Got lots,of funny looks, oh well! They have no idea what I've just been through. :)
Lookin' good! Who'd have thought grocery shopping could be so awesome. :)
ReplyDeleteThat must have been so exciting ( to go shopping)! Those carts are awesome! I used one post op knee at Costco, best thing ever! Use them as long as you need!!!
ReplyDeleteAlso good news on the boys feeding ( well mostly good news). Those boys are amazing, lucky they have such a dedicated Mom!!
ReplyDeleteWoo hoo!! Freedom!!! Yeah, I bet you did get looks. You should wear a sign that says you just had TRIPLETS and it was your first time to the store!
