Counting Our Blessings

Dr. Gallie just called and reported that the pathology came back all clear!  Incredible.  We hoped for this after the last surgery, but there was that tinge of worry still lingering.  It's so nice to have a definitive  answer!

Pathology showed that there was evidence of a suture in the mass, meaning they think the tumor was a reaction to the suture material they used during his enucleation.  This is fabulous news in that it isn't cancerous!  We will have to see in the next few months whether he has another reaction following the latest surgery where they removed the tumor.

We feel like we have been so blessed.  Thank you everyone for your continued prayers, uplifting messages, kind gifts and thoughtfulness.  We still have a long road ahead of us (as this cancer is a life long battle), but for now we are counting our many blessings!

These boys are so fun and full of happiness:

Benson is such a good kid and has to deal with a lot.  Not only being an older brother to triplets, but he's also so patient with the constant comings and goings when we travel for treatment.

We have been blessed with many earthly angels who give their time to help us.  Thank you.  We wish we could spotlight all of you, as you all deserve it.  This is Amanda, she comes multiple times a week to help at our house.  Mason has a special bond with her.  We love her company.

Leslie celebrated a birthday and was happy to be able to celebrate at home with the whole family:

Next Toronto appointments are in one week.  We are going to revel in the great news we've been given today, and be thankful for all that we have.
