Catching Up

Just a few pictures to add to the blog today.  Lots can happen in the Low Life in a week!  :)

While they were still in Toronto:

One of our awesome nurses at Sick Kids.  Really special people work at Sick Kids, we feel lucky to have so many great friends there now.

 Thomas having his prosthetic placed after some adjusting and refitting at the occularist.  Hard when he can't understand what's going on.  One day this won't be quite so traumatic.

 The prosthesis slips into the eye cavity like a giant, thick, hard, contact lens.

Beautiful boy!  Looks really good!  

Thomas' left eye is irritated from his laser treatments the previous day.

Meanwhile Benson was having the time of his life with his friend Matthew back in Edmonton:

Then everybody returned home and reunited with Rich and Benson.

The next day, while Benson was showing off his manly car driving skills, he fell on the kitchen floor:

 Everyone's starting to sit up on their own!

If you're a past reader, you know Benson was also diagnosed with minor eye issues.  Today he finally had his first appointment! 

Ha ha ha!  That is the cutest kid ever!

Just plugging along enjoying our time as a family.

Life is busy with the 4 boys, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
